Our lambs graze species rich herbal leys and meadows, rich in vitamins and minerals, which is their natural diet with no grains or soya. The resulting meat not only tastes amazing but is much healthier for us - and the planet - than grain fed meat.

Current research on grass fed animal products suggest that they are much heathier for the following reasons:

  • lower in saturated fat
  • higher levels of Omega 3 fatty acids
  • higher levels of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)
  • higher in vitamins esp. Vitamins A and E
  • higher levels of minerals incl. calcium, magnesium and potassium
